On April 1, 2026, Columbia submitted for Commission review and acceptance its semiannual Operational Transactions Rate Adjustment (OTRA) surcharge filing to recover the costs of certain operational purchases and sales required to ensure sufficient amount of flowing supply to Columbia's system in northern Ohio. Columbia is requesting Commission approval and acceptance of this filing effective May 1, 2026

Columbia is requesting for Commission approval and acceptance of the Agreements effective April 1, 2026.
Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement; RP24-1103-004
On August 13, 2025, Columbia submitted its Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement and Motion for Waiver of Reply Comment Period ("Settlement"). This Settlement reflects the agreement of Columbia and the settling parties to resolve all issues in the above docket. The Settlement provides benefits to Columbia's shippers and will save the parties substantial costs, time, and resources that would have been expended in further litigating these issues. Columbia is requesting the Commission for an expedited approval without modification.
