Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement; RP25-858-005
On May 11, 2026, ANR submitted its Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement and Motion for Waiver of Reply Comment Period ("Settlement"). This Settlement reflects the agreement of ANR and the settling parties to resolve all issues in this proceeding. The Settlement provides benefits to ANR's shippers and will save the parties substantial costs, time, and resources that would have been expended in further litigating these issues. Accordingly, ANR respectfully requests that the Commission grant expedited approval of the Settlement without modification.
