Offsystem Pipeline Capacity (Errata)
On May 20, 2010, Columbia submitted in this proceeding its filing in compliance with the order issued by the Commission on April 30, 2010. Columbia inadvertently included an incorrect version of the tariff section referenced below, which did not include the changes required by the April 30 Order. Columbia therefore submits for filing the following revised tariff section of its FERC Gas Tariff, Fourth Revised Volume No. 1, with a proposed effective date of May 1, 2010.
In compliance with the order issued by the Commission on April 30, 2010 in docket RP10-577, Columbia revises GTC Section 47 to: (1) provide that Columbia will seek prior Commission authorization prior to entering into any offsystem capacity contracts that will be used primarily for meeting new firm service demands; and (2) provide that Columbia will only pass through penalties on offsystem pipelines where the shipper has control over nominations and scheduling. In addition, Columbia is submitting revised tariff sections to incorporate the changes accepted in the April 30 Order into Columbia's Fourth Revised Volume No. 1.

TCRA/Line 1278 Compliance Filing
In compliance with the Commission's October 15 Order in Docket No. RP09-792, Columbia has revised its current TCRA surcharge to include transportation costs associated with the rupture of Columbia's Line 1278, as adjusted to reflect the five month recovery period from November 1, 2009 through March 31, 2010.
